Returns, Refunds & Exchanges


 

RETURN POLICY
  1. All return requests must be made within 30 days of shipment receipt.
  2. Customer pays return shipping.
  3. Return authorization from the Alpha Omega Tactical, LLC is required for all return shipments. Contact us to request a return and to receive an RMA number. RMA numbers must be included with all returns.
  4. Returned products must remain in new condition with their original packaging intact and undamaged. Used products cannot be returned for refund. 
  5. No refunds will be applied to shipments refused at the time of delivery.
  6. All sales are final on body armor, headgear (due to Federal Regulations) and Closeout Items.
  7. Exchanges for sizing and color are acceptable only for the same exact item and cost. Customers will need to pay return shipping charges for all exchanges (typically $5 standard shipping).
  8. Incorrect order claims must be made within 10 work days from shipment delivery date. Claims will not be processed past this timeframe.
  9. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  10. Special orders such as RESTRICTED ITEMS and Body Armor are not eligible for return.
