Returns & Exchanges
RETURN POLICY
- All return requests must be made within 30 days of shipment receipt.
- Customer pays return shipping, as well as any postage due upon arrival.
- Return authorization from Alpha Omega Tactical is required for all return shipments. Contact us prior to shipping any returns or exchanges.
- Returned products must remain in new condition with their original packaging intact and undamaged. Used or laundered products cannot be returned for refund.
- No refunds will be applied to shipments refused at the time of delivery.
- All sales are final on body armor, headgear (due to Federal Regulations) and Closeout Items.
- Exchanges for sizing and color are acceptable only for the same exact item and cost. Customers will need to pay return shipping charges for all exchanges (typically $5 standard shipping).
- Incorrect order claims must be made within 10 work days from shipment delivery date. Claims will not be processed past this timeframe.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Special orders such as RESTRICTED ITEMS and Body Armor are not eligible for return.
