Terms and Conditions

SHIPPING POLICY

Your account will be charged upon placement of your order.  Special orders, as well as Unit and Department orders are the only exception to this policy. 

All orders ship in full.  Orders may be partially shipped if requested and the additional shipping charges agreed to prior to placing the order.  If you wish to have your order shipped partial please make note of it on your order. 

Agreement to a partial shipment implies that you accept the fact that you will pay shipping charges for each and every item shipped and that Alpha Omega Tactical is authorized to collect the additional shipping charges on any backordered items are back in stock and ready for shipment.

Packages that are "Refused", marked "Return to Sender" or "Undeliverable" may arrive back to us with postage due. Any postage due as a result of the aforementioned circumstances, is the responsibility of the purchaser. 

 

$5 STANDARD SHIPPING

For orders up to $499.00.  Parcels are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and/or UPS Ground, at the discretion of Alpha Omega Tactical.  Delivery of USPS Priority Packages typically takes 1-4 business days and UPS Ground packages in 1-5 business days.

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Two Day and Three Day Select orders must be received by 12:00PM PST in order to guarantee expedited delivery.  Alpha Omega Tactical is closed on weekends and major holidays. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The customer agrees to abide by the rules of our RETURNS AND EXCHANGES policy.

 

FULFILLMENT ERRORS

It is our priority to get you  the correct items you ordered, however, mistakes can happen from time to time.  If an error has occurred, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can make it right.  A return label will be provided at no additional cost to you and the correct item shipped out or a complete refund issued.  In accordance with these terms, the customer is in agreement that they will return the incorrect product(s) as received or reimburse Alpha Omega Tactical the cost difference of any item(s) not received within 21 business days(excluding deployed military personnel).   The customer also agrees to reimbursement of any legal costs incurred by Alpha Omega Tactical or it's agents in the recovery of unreturned item(s).

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Alpha Omega Tactical reserves the right to cancel any transaction, at any time, for any reason.  This process will include a notification of cancellation followed by a full refund of your purchase price (including shipping) by the same method as received.

 

WASHINGTON STATE SALES TAX

Only orders shipped to Washington State will have applicable WA State and local sales tax collected.  This excludes exempt Government, Department and Agency orders - please contact us to make sure your order is not taxed.

APO/FPO ORDERS

Your country is USA, not the country you are deployed in. Your city is APO or FPO.  Your state is AA, AE, or AP. If you are in a combat zone, please let us know and we will do our best to offer you any additional services, including expedited shipping from our manufacturers (when available).  Packages entering the Military Postal Service cannot be tracked, therefore, if a package is lost AFTER leaving the continental US, we cannot reimburse for the loss.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders can take up to 30 business days for delivery. Be advised, orders can be delayed in customs.  Be sure to check your shipment’s tracking number for the latest delivery status.  Please note, not all international orders will have tracking outside the United States.

Alpha Omega Tactical is not responsible for products confiscated by the legal authorities of your country or state; we advise you to check your local laws in advance, before ordering, if you suspect your country bans any product.

Orders over $499 USD may be subject to additional shipping fees based on the items purchased, based upon if the shipment requires additional boxes or excess weight.  You will be notified of any additional fees and your authorization required prior to being charged for your order.

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

All International Orders may be subject to your country’s taxes and duties. If any duties and taxes are placed upon your order, they will be due and collected at the time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for information regarding your country's duties and taxes. Alpha Omega Tactical is not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order or shipment.  All packages shipped internationally are claimed at full value with invoices enclosed for customs.

 

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

Most products we sell are covered by manufacturer warranties. If your item comes with a manufacturer's warranty card, we recommend you fill it out and submit it according to the directions on the card and to save your receipt and packaging UPC number.  If any item requires warranty work, please contact us for assistance.  Some items will require we contact the manufacturer prior to returning the item to them directly. 

 

ITAR RESTRICTED ITEMS (Including Body Armor)

Items marked ITAR RESTRICTED are subject to ITAR Restrictions and Federal or State Restrictions.  Under no circumstance can these items be shipped outside the United States and/or sold to non- U.S. Citizens without prior written authorization from the US State Department.  Alpha Omega Tactical assumes no responsibility for ITAR RESTRICTED purchases made in violation of Federal, State or local laws. 

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to understand and ensure that all transactions conform to U.S. Federal, State and Local Laws, Statutes, Codes, and Regulations.  Purchaser assumes all responsibility for their purchase.   We reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone, based on our sole discretion.

 

BODY ARMOR ADDITIONAL

By Federal Law, it is illegal for a person convicted of a “crime of violence” to possess Body Armor. See 18 US Code 931.

We sell armor only to law-abiding adults.  We do not sell to felons or minors.  By purchasing armor from us, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are law abiding and have no felony convictions; guarantee that you are not legally prohibited from owning body armor or firearms and that you have only lawful intentions for owning body armor. 

Law Enforcement or Military sales only, for Connecticut residents.

Due to the nature of the product, there are no returns or cancellations on BODY ARMOR.  Any warranty issues must be handled through the manufacturer directly.

 

FIREARM MAGAZINE POLICY

Magazines can only ship to USA addresses (CONUS).

No shipments are allowed to the following States: CA, MA, NY, NJ, MD, CO, CT, D.C., HI, and the following Illinois cities: Aurora, Chicago, Franklin Park, Oak Park, Riverdale.

 

PRODUCT PHOTOS

The product photos being used on this website are a mix of AOTAC original produced photos, manufacturer stock photos used with permission and modifications of manufacturer’s stock photos.  This material may not be published, reproduced, or distributed in whole or part without express written permission.  When manufacturer photos are used, we cannot with 100% certainty, guarantee that the product is exactly as shown in the photo.  If a photo and description to not match, please let us know and we’ll do our best to correct any errors.
